Want to by a Crossgrade to Ozone 11 Advanced, but the shop doesn't seem to know what I own

Hey,
for a crossgrade to Ozone 11 Advanced one needs to have a specified Komplete 14 …, which I have, but the shop doesn't seem to know that I do, allthough it is in my list of purchased items. The shop tells me that I have a "wrong license" although I have the Komplete 14 Collectors Edition.

Does anybody else have that problem?
