Ordered Komplete 14 Ultimate by mistake

Yesterday, I purchased Komplete 14 Ultimate (Invoice xxxxx), but I really intended to upgrade to Komplete 14 Collector's Edition, which I did (Invoice xxxxx). Can you refund to me what I paid for Komplete 14 Ultimate (211.97)?

You need to put in a ticket with support to resolve this, it's not something that can be resolved on the forum.
