Library installation Failed, Mac, Sonoma, N.A. 3.12.1

Hey im using Macbook M1 Sonoma V 14.5
Since the last 3.12.1 Native Access i cant Update my library ..
Anyone know how to solve the problem ?
In my Macbook the Full Disk Access Turned on for both NI and NTKDaemon
Please Help :)
