Native Access 3.12.1 Stuck Downloading

Hi,

I went to download my updates in Native Access 3 today and after successfully downloading and installing a number of updates it became stuck. The download for Sequis is paused with the rest of the updates queued. If I press the play button to unpause it, it just says download failed and remains paused. I have restarted NA and the computer but each time I open NA it returns to this state. If I clear the queue then next time I run NA it again returns to this state.

I am using a Mac mini M2 Pro running Sonoma 14.5 with NA 3.12.1

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

    Hello Pete,

It seems like the installation of the first product in the queue is "paused", please click the arrow icon to try the continue the installation if it is possible.

If you are receiving the "Download Failed" error message, please perform the following steps:

    1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click [your name] at the top of the sidebar.
    2. Click iCloud on the right, click Private Relay, then turn off Private Relay.

If the issue persists, please let me know so I can create a support ticket for you to send the direct download link for the first product in the queue which can help you with this case☺️

I tried downloading the updates again today. All four downloads shown above fail.

    Hi Mert,

    Thank you for your reply.

If I click on the arrow then it says 'Download failed'.

I am not using iCloud Private Relay.

    Pete
