Key not working on Komplete S 88 keyboard.

Hello, one of my keys are not working on Komplete S 88 keyboard.

How can I get it fixed. Thanks.

Ok, so to be clear 100%. If you open Komplete Kontrol in standalone the key is not functional? In that case, please try the keybiard an another computer, if it behaves the same then get in touch with our hardware service: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware

Is it happening in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? In your DAW? Both? What DAW are you using? What's your operating system? Is it a Mk1, mk2, mk3?

Thanks you for the prompt response.

The one key is not working in anything. I had no problem with it until a year after I bought the keyboard. The key is not lighting up or producing sound when I play it. I'm using Logic Pro version 11.

My operation system is a 2020 3.3GHz 6-core intel i5

32 GB ram.

Yes, that is correct. It's just one key that is no longer working. It's the b below c6.

The rest of the keys are fine. How can I get the key fixed?
