Lost NI Instruments

Hi , Hard disk broke with some of my NI library...isn't it just possible to re-download via Native Access ?

    Hello again Adiko, as I'm not hearing back from you, I will assume you had some products in your harddrive and your harddrive got broken. If this is the case, you should be able to download/install your products in Native Access as long as they are compatible with your operating system and Native Access version (1 or 2).

    If you don't see them in your Native Access, they are either not compatible or you login with a different account.

    Hello Adiko, can you please let me know which product that you had in your Harddrive, was this one of the harddrive versions of the previous Komplete's, or any other software that you have located in your harddrive before it got broke?
