Could not find iTunes library traktor3

Mac Os Big Sur 11.1,and Traktor 3.5.2 are the versions I m using…

i followed all the steps as mentioned in the knowledge base

it worked when I started it up the first time,a couple of days later,when I returned after a holyday it didn’t t work anymore…

@byronwatson @Dimi Sorry for getting back to you so late.

Did you change the location of your itunes files, or has there been a major change in your system lately?

If pointing Traktor to the correct file path doesn't help, you might wanna try uninstalling and reinstalling Traktor.

Hello,I uninstalled and reinstalled,now the iTunes library is found,but the songs,which I bought are in an ‘unknown format’
