How do i transfer my License when I sell my old midi?

I should clarify. i have accessed my license and serial number page but it is listed as "Non transferable". I have recently sold my old device but forgot about that detail and would like to transfer my license some how.

    There is a 60 days cool down where you can not transfer license again yourself after a transfer. Also some software that is considered 'base' software for product can not be transferred though in most cases buyer automatically gets their own copy while seller retains their.     Else then click through make the right choices to open a ticket : N.I. Account Support

    (You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

    Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in.

    Then click the Contact support.

    Then again click the Contact N.I. support that shows.

    1: Do you need help with the activation or installation of a product?

    NO

    2: Is your question about License Transfers / 2nd hand purchases?This question is required.

    YES

    3: We have collected all info around 2nd hand purchases in this overview.

    Please click Continue and don't forget to send us the serials you want to sell!

    This is the opening of your ticket described in ONE line so INCLUDE the SERIAL , then OK to open ticket .

    If none of the reasons apply you need to contact NI support.

    thank you so much for taking the time to write out each step! I have now put in a ticket and am awaiting for NI support to respond
