Cues not saving on Traktor Pro 3

Hey everyone! My cues do not save sometimes, and there is no store button that usually appears next to the MAP button. Please could anyone assist if there is a setting i need to turn on or change. Appreciate it!

And sometimes adding a 2nd cue isnt possible. Id click the cue button 2..but the cue doesnt apply and apply the cue to the 1st cue. Very strange.

Well this can be a problem with your NML files, meaning that some tracks are corrupted.

Hey, Im using the latest version of Traktor Pro 3.11.1 -my operating system is Apple 2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 and am on Sonoma 14.4. Thank you!
