Komplete 10 installation failed

Hi!
I get a new Mac Book Pro and tried to install Komplete 10 Ultimate. But at the end of the job, I get the mesage, to contact the developer, because the installation failed.
Can you give me some advice, what to do now?

The installer for Komplete 10 is quite old and might not be compatible with newer Mac operating systems. You should simply download Native Access, log in to your account, download and install your products:
