I can't get Studio One to recognize my Orchestra essentials or Orchestra Complete

I can't get Studio One to recognize my Orchestra essentials or Orchestra Complete.

When I go to native access I don't see them listed. I been using them over a year now.

I now get a pop =up saying to activate them. I registered them and I am looking for the installer. Can anybody help me.

It's a third party library, so the download and installation should be done through the third party manufacturer. Setting Up a Third-Party Kontakt Library

If you did already and still you can't find the librarires, there were issues with disappearing products in Native Access, as you can see here: Kontakt libraries go missing in Kontakt and/or Native Access.

Native Access 3.12.0 was released a few moments ago and should address the issue. Are your products back?
