Brand new unit Maschine Mikro Mk3- Demo from SamAsh cant find the full 16 digits

The Barcode got damaged while Demo'ing multiple times and now I cannot add it to my Native Access. I went to the support page and it is cyclical .. Sends me here.

Firmware update shows the 8 digit serial number which has never been registered as technically its a new unit being a a Demo at SamAsh Dallas.

Please help
