please can anyone help me "an entry with the same location already exists in the library"

i've tried everything re-installing, deleting the cash and everything i have had maschine for nearly 10 years and have never across this error please can anyone help me it's super frustrating and i don't know how to work around this

Where exactly this error appears? In Maschine software, right? If so, then do this:

-If the duplicate entry is in Maschine (Factory library section), go to:

C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Maschine 2\ folder and delete the file komplete.db3. Then open Maschine and let it re-scan your entire library.

-If the duplicate entry is in Maschine (User library section), you also have to delete the file user_config.db3 but in this case you will have to add again all your manually added user folders.
