Keyboard S49MK3 Stuck at "Add your serial number" after a reset

Hello all!

I've done a reset yesterday and now I can't go further then the "Welcome" page.

I've done everything, changed cables, reinserted thousand times the serial, reinstalled the Service for the hardware connection, removed the USB not used… I do not know what to do.

I tried to open a ticket but they doesn't respond to me anymore.
