Issue with Maschine 2 Registration.
So I purchased a MASCHINE MK3 second-hand from Guitar Center last week. I just now am getting everything registered after getting the serial no. transferred - for whatever reason it will not let me register Maschine 2 (and the Factory Library) because I do not "have the base product." I can only assume this is the reason my Maschine 2 is stuck in Demo mode. I don't know what "base product" I still need - if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated, this has been a headache.

as far as io can see in the pictures, you already have maschine 2 software registered (maschine 2 for maschine mk3), you can´t register maschine software two times. But the maschine 2 library is missing as registered. You can try this for maschine and the library: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402377887121-My-Products-Are-Showing-As-DEMO-in-Native-Access

As Uwe said, it seems like you have two Maschine 2 Softwares in your account which can be the reason why it turns to be demo in your account as these two registrations could be affecting themselves and block from the systems, I'm not sure but this can also be the reason why your Factory Library seems in "demo" as well. Also, this situation might lead to "base product missing" issue as well.
