Just installed Traktor Pro 3 and immediately it gets terminated due to a major problem?

I`ve literally just installed Traktor Pro 3 software and this message comes up on my screen saying that there`s a major problem and that it`s been terminated?!?!

It says that I have to provide the crashlog to the Native Instruments technical support team, however I`m finding it hard to find their customer support contact details anywhere.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should do or know how to contact the technical support team?
