Mashine Plus: “registration failed” with new mashine +

hello, im having troubles with registering my new mashine plus, i bought it new, and cant manage to register my product succesfully. Im not able to start using my product due to the registration failure. I really need help because it was a huge investment. Can someone help me out from the support team?

For more details, im stuck with the last registration step. Im constantly getting the registration failed message. Im not able to resgister the maschine.

Product is brand new, i cant get what is the reason of the issue. Please i need someones help with this issue.
