why did you close the discussion on your latest news update? Do you not want the public to see how disappointed your users are in your product decisions? For one can tell you what you should be doing is modernizing the software you have already sold us. many of your interfaces are totally archaic and not even scalable. And what about sounds? They’re all outdated. Battery 4 drum kits are totally out of date and there’s not a single trap kit in there. You are putting all of your focus on AI and new technology when you should be improving the technology you have. You run the risk of losing a lot of loyal customers, including myself. I also would like to know why you don’t have a lot of trap/hip-hop/rap content in your products? When are you going to get with the program and start giving users what they actually want ? not everybody wants to buy a machine for beats when they have already invested in battery 4.

I agree about the interfaces needing an overhaul, and some feature updates to existing products wouldn't go amiss.

Thats your opinion. For some of us certain sounds never date, and Im one of those people. Not everybody is interested in what you're interested in or what Im in interested in. Besides, NI have their hands full trying to fix stuff thats broken so I wouldn't hold my breath for any preferential treatment.

Stop buying from them. NI as you knew it is over. They are obviously prioritizing funneling us into s subscription service so they collect our data for their AI tools. Better to vote with your walket.
