Installation Failed

When i try to download kontakt it downloads,then it just says installation failed,an nothing more.
I uninstalled and reinslatted and everything but it still just says installation failed.

Please help me

I try to install the 8 dio bundle in the normal way on my Mac at the address   /users/shared like all the previous installation.But tre error message popped up and told me  the library path is invalid.I try everything to solve this error but this message keeps popping and never gone.Please help me. I  already installed a lot of  Ni products but never experiencing anything like this until this time

Normally this issue can be caused by an outdated Native Access version.

So , to solve that, I would kindly suggest to make sure that you are using the latest version of the Native Access (3.11.1). Here is the website from where you can download the latest version of it:

Then please restart your computer afterwards.

Hello vo le, have you tried the workarounds in this Knowledge Base Article below:

Native Access Error: "Path is invalid"

This can help you with this subject as this issue is mostly happening because of the wrongly located installation files.
