Why won’t this Install?

Hi can someone tell me why this won’t install via NA? Also it has no name. Only says is a sampler?

It's indeed supposed to be Kontakt 5 (its last version was 5.8.1) - under normal circumstances, that is.

Best to reach out to Customer Care, as per Hayo_NI's recommendation, so that they can look into it and fix it:

That's the Kontakt Factory Library. You'd have to check the Available tab to see what it says about that library.

I have but this is still not installing regardless.

This actually not the Factory library - it's Kontakt 5.81 itself.

Factory library for K5 is way bigger than 580MB and only K5 itself has a version number of 5.8.1

What happens onscreen if you click install? Error Message? Nothing at all?

Well first off, everything is wrong with whatever that is. It's not the right size or version number for either the Kontakt Factory Library or the Kontakt Factory Selection. So I have no idea why it's listed at all. I assume you tried to re-install it using the drop down menu with the three dots (…)? You might also want to check to make sure you have one of those libraries listed in your NI account online. If it is you could try uninstalling, doing a refresh and see if it shows up as an available update and try installing it again.

Thank you both for your valuable input. Yes I have tried installing this via the three dots and I get the message saying that it can't not install. Since I"m using K7 should I even worry about this? I'm going to un-install it and see what happens.
