My computer crashed and I got a new computer HP windows 11.

But everything is weird and I do not know how to continue my works on my new computer.

I got native access but I do not understand why it does not download Complete Classical Collectionb even though it is on my new computer.

How am I even supposed to know what to do ?

    I wish I could correct the error Collection"b"

    but I do not know how.

    Complete Classical Collection - it is something old? I do not know that……

    Maybe you have to set Native Access to show legacy software. But I am not sure if it shows SW if it is not for given OS…. Maybe not.

    In that case try Native Access 1. For installing and using it, you have uninstall current NA. Those two cannot be installed together….

    I think the Complete Classical Collection was an old Best Service offering back in the late 2000's.

    That will not be available in any way via Native Access.

    However - If the serial is still in your NI acct after all these years - you may be able to add it into Native Access for authorization. See here:

    I do see Best Service Classical Collection can still be activated according to this page.

    However authorizing AND installing the product are two different things. You may have to manually install this from disc (given it's age) and then activate it manually (via Locate) in NA.

    Would guess that something this old is not a product that woud reside on the NI servers to be downloaded.

    Finally - be sure that you enable the display of Legacy product within Preferences of Native Access.

    Yes I bught it some years ago so I guess it is old,

    but I was still using it on my other computer that crashed the other day.

    Maybe I should get a new orchestra program.

    Do you know any "complete orchestra" that I could download ?

    I compose all sort of classical music and I want to be able to use single instruments.

    Hello PBK, Vocalpoint's answer looks correct here. As the Complete Classical Collection is an old product, unfortunately it is not supported with our systems anymore. So it is not possible to download and make use of it in your Windows 11.
