Pro 3 not loading Sub Directory, stuck on 'loading SubDir' in collection pane

As it says above. I have my tracks on an external drive. I've recently re-installed Windows and when I went to set up Pro 3, I set it all up, selected the device etc., but when I try to load my tracks, it just looks like this. It's been stuck like that for a while now…

Anyone else had this, or know how to sort it out? Thanks :)
