My Maschine Software is repeatedly crashing just seconds after launching the software. I have already updated maschine, native access 2, windows, my sound cards and drivers. I deleted the %localappdata% and the Regedit. Native Instruments has no support email or phone number. I followed all the steps they have given in the knowledge base. Ive been on youtube and reddit and cannot find a solution. My Maschine is useless now as i cannot open the software at all.

    Hello @ogmagicmando

As per my knowledge You can do this

You can ensure no other software or plugins are causing issues.
You can try running Maschine with admin rights.
You can uninstall & reinstall Maschine completely.
You can Look at Windows Event Viewer for error logs related to Maschine.
Run the software in compatibility mode for a previous Windows version.
If these do not help you can reach out via Native Instruments social media channels for support.

The same thing happened to me a few days ago, immediately after installing Spotify on my PC, as far as I can tell. When I open the Maschine 2 software (I don't use the hardware nowadays), it scans for plug-ins, gets to initializing the GUI, and then crashes. Uninstalling the perfidious Spotify didn't help.
I too have followed all the NI advice I could find, and none of it makes any difference. I deleted the %localappdata% and the Regedit. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I tried running it as administrator.
I find that sometimes (but not all the time) I am able to open an old Project by right-clicking on it in Windows Explorer; but whenever I try to open my most recent (unfinished) Project, either that way or once I've managed to get back into Maschine 2, it crashes again.
This is very frustrating, to put it mildly.
