I want to know if anyone knows how to reach Native Instruments customer support. I can't load a guitar library I bought and want to speak to someone from Native instruments or at least be able to send my questions to someone from Native Instruments customer via a specific email address.

While it’s not email, I did recently have a good experience with NI customer support using the website Chat feature. After answering a few questions from the bot, I was connected with a real live person. It didn’t take long at all to get through to a human, and my issue was resolved quickly.

Start here and make sure you are logged in, then go to the specific product that you need support with and then scroll down to the bottom… you should see the chat bubble icon near the bottom right.

It’s kind of hard to find and should maybe be linked from the initial support page, but I didn’t see it there.

Sorry to have to tell you , but there is no talking with N.I. on the phone for end customers and there is no writing any email address. There is only the support system with text chat (when open and not busy) for some issues and otherwise there is a 'ticket system' that is by email response to 'case'.

As Oysterhead wrote then entry is through the https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us, depending on issue.

The forum we are in now is mainly user assisting user. Though there are customer care attendance on workdays but customer care does not make or take support cases at best they can expedite matters in some cases but you still have to open a support ticket and follow 'Support' department advice.

Alternatively then open a thread in forum on issue and get advice here in the forum..
