Owning Action String 2 why I don't see its update in Native Access ?

I see the Youtube trailer to announce the 2.2 version but no update ?
When I follow the link it is the page of the product I own ???£

    According to SonicScore this will automatically be updated through Native Instruments. If you click on the Action Strings 2 picture it shows up as version 1.2 which is what the SonicScore website says it will be

    I checked and your are right (it is Sonuscore not SonicScore ;) ).
    Confusing.

    In fact I noticed it now too.
    As an owner of Komplete 14 Collector's Edition I have Action Strings 2 Version 1.2.0 and they talk about 2.2.
    We await explanations.

    Hey everyone,

    I know that could sound strange but Action 2 was released as V1.0 initially, then there was the update to 1.1, and then 1.1.1. Now jumping to 2.2 didn't make sense from a technical perspective. So from a technical perspective is 1.2, but marketing correctly wanted to say that the update was 2.2.

    I hope this explains the situation.

    For me it doesn't update from version 1.2.0

    @Mert_NI so they write on YouTube "Action Strings 2.2 update | Native Instruments" and we have to understand that it is actually 1.2.0!?! But are you sure of this? However, marketing/technicians need to agree because this only creates confusion

    It's absolutely true and as mentioned above, necessary to align with Action Strings versions that people may have purchased through the original vendor. But it is effectively the same plugin. Documented on the Sonuscore website.

    Hey again guys, yes as it is shown in the last screenshot it is the same version and just the names are different, we are aware of this situation and this situation may have been caused some confusions and this situation is in talks at the moment.
