How can I contact Support to open a new Support Ticket

I can't figure out this web site, and Komplete Ultimate 14 does not function at all on my new Mac Studio with OS 14.4 for some reason. I need help.

    Why does my Traktor Pro not recognize many of my Apple music songs? The files say they are an AAC Audio file, which Traktor is supposed to support. But many get a response of "Unknown format !" when I try to load them into Traktor Pro 3.
