How to recover Kontrol s49 keyboard license?I sold a kontrol s49 keyboard to a friend, but for various reasons it doesn't work for him. I had to transfer the license to him, but now that he has returned the keyboard to me it seems that it is not possible for me to get the license back.Is there any way I can get it back?If I sell the keyboard again to a third person, could my friend transfer the license to them?I hope for your help, thank you very much.

    There is a 60 days cool down after transfer where you can not transfer the keyboard serial yourself and if you want to transfer it it that period then you will have to ask support for help. Quote Matt_NI : All you need to know about License Transfer

    Whoever has the serial registered to account would have to use the guide below here when within the 60 days window.

    The "resolution that works" is the click through make the right choices to open a ticket : N.I. Account Support

    (You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

    Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in.

    Then click the Contact support.

    Then again click the Contact N.I. support that shows.

    2: Is your question about License Transfers / 2nd hand purchases?This question is required.
