Transfer to another computer

MHello, a week ago I transferred from my old computer to the new one, and I just transferred the files from one computer to another. Then I went in and used Natvia and the products and a message appeared to me saying that I must buy the products or they are not licensed.

I have previously purchased and have invoices.

How do I activate the product?

Depending on what SW do you have and how good internet connection….

A) If you have good internet and not so much NI SW. Say up to Komplete, maybe even Komplete Ultimate.

The easiest is to install Native Access, log into NA with your credentials and install everything fresh using NA.

B) If you have poor internet and/or Komplete Ultimate CE (maybe even Komplete Ultimate), it might be easier to install plugins and SW using NA and copy Kontakt content and Expansion from old computer and show NA one by one, where particular Library/Expansion is located on disc.
