Support for legacy Mixers, Xone:4D, DB4, DX, etc

I can't be the only one that wanted to continue to use my older A&H mixer but alas, A&H doesn't support them.
Ploytec made the original audio interface and midi hardware and they have a kickstarter to get support for newer operating systems (through a dongle)
