Native Acces is not installing updates
I am trying to get product updates to be downloaded using Native Acces, but nothing is downloaded. This is already going on for at least some months. I am running the correct NA version for my Mac Studio. Any suggestions how to make this work again?

Hello Andreas, sorry for the issue and any frustration this may have been caused, sometimes Native Access can have these kind of issues. Can you please first make sure that you are using the latest version of the Native Access using this link:
https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/
Then, please restart your Native Access and this can trigger the installations.
If this does not work, can you also please try to click on the installation bar below of your page(please check the screenshot) and this should open a new page with your installations, please try to press play on your Analog Dreams and as it is paused and the first installation in your queue, continuing this installation can also trigger the rest of your installations.
If this odes not work either, I would then kindly suggest to reach out our support team, opening a ticket or requesting a chat support so our team will take care of this situation. https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

I regret purchasing NIv14 Collector's Edition in Fall 2022. There's been nothing but endless bugs in their whole software. I have been trying to install the latest Kontakt and Maschine 2 updates for the past 3 weeks. It keeps failing. There's threads and threads here and in Reddit and various online forums with everyone hitting the same issue. I am on macOS but I see users with the same issues on win 10/11. It's the buggy NI software.

Thanks. I think the problem lies in using the latest NI version. I am on a Mac Studio and the NI version for it does not work, not even after reinstalling/deleting the preferences files etc. Installing the Intel version however works normally. I had this problem before on my older Mac, Intel. Using the latest version always gave problems, using the older version works correclty.

I'm facing the same exact issue on my M1 MacBook Pro, and it's really frustrating! I've tried the suggested solutions but haven't found a fix yet.

Hi,
it seems that there is a bug with NA. I found a kind of solution. I was able to update every libraries by clicking "Reinstall" instead of update. You have to click on each library to find the "reinstall" button. Hope it will work for you.
