Trouble with Voucher

Just purchased S88 Mk3 keyboard. Got a voucher for a free Kontakt instrument. I selected Valves Pro at full price. I do not own a previous version, not an upgrade or crossgrade and it is not discounted. I get the error that it is discounted - but it is not. Have a message into support but nothing yet.

While these vouchers are a great idea, they are necessarily restrictive and virtually unusable.

Since the voucher in question ought also be good for full price items then it hopefully will only be a delay at most , though it could all be delayed more if the sale expected starts soon and things truly do become 'discounted' in which case that you will have to wait longer to use.

Otherwise , at least to me , the Valves Pro appear as being a valid choice unless newest libraries are excluded which might be possible so check rules fine print in email. Else anything N.I. ought to go. (NKS libraries are excluded) So you can e.g. get Lores but not Landforms.
