Plugin issues / Creating support ticket issue

A few NI effect plugins are freezing FL Studio (latest version): Raum, Replika, Replika XT, Supercharger GT, Solid Bus Comp. The last update(s) of those plugins were obviously not tested in FL Studio. So I need earlier versions of those plugins. Cannot find it anywhere.

Wanted to create a support ticket, but there is no option for this? Product support only gives options for Maschine, Kontakt, Traktor, Kontrol, ALL OTHER PRODUCTS.

Surely the last category must be it, right? Unfortunately no!

This only gives options for Battery, Guitar Rig Pro, Reaktor, Synths, Audio Interfaces…….

So, please tell me how am I supposed to create a support ticket for mentioned plugins please :o

    @Stikkers Yes indeed, there's a missing entry in the typeforms, I've reported it, it should get fixed soon. In the meantime I've contacted you by email regarding this issue.

    Forgot to mention: issues are with VST2 versions on Windows 11 Pro

    If what you need is 'earlier versions' then that is an install problem so just contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and ask for that, if they think it a DAW problem then let them forward you to someone that can deal with that.

    At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

    There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :

    @Jeremy_NI can you please define the word "soon" to me? To my definition, soon was in June. It's October now…

    That was about the typefrom/contact support issue.

    For the bug with the FXs & FL Studio, unfortunately what I wrote to you thern is still valid:

    We forwarded the issue to the developers, it's in their backlog. Unfortunately there's no ETA for a fix at the moment.

    Softube fixed the issue within a week, how come your developers take more than 6 months?
