What is going on with Native Access and the NI website!!

c'mon guys, please tell me you didnt deploy a change that means no one can log in if thier sessions are expired. I need to get into Native Access to change a folder location. this is not good.

I've tried the website login to just get "Cannot destructure property 'accessToken' of 'req.session.params' as it is undefined." luckily my community session is still active!

Yup… same here. I am in the middle of some project, both Komplete-Kontrol and Kontakt7 stopt working, and now this…. no means to try and fix all this. Not happy :-(

Same Token issue here. Unable to log in to either the Website or the Portal.

Yes , this is a really terrible mess that N.I. have made. I don't know how much is client side (N.A. and NTKDaemon) and how much is server side. If it is a server side mess then N.I. could fix it by fix the mess in the server.

If you want then try the trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' .
