CANT COMPLETE DOWNLOADS,
As an example, I am trying to download my Alicias keys from my library and it is stuck on " less than a minute" I have had the same trying to update my Kontakt player?

Make sure you only hit the "Download" button once and wait.
It can take up to 30 seconds until Native Access reacts and start download the libraries or updates. If you press the button to many times you cancel the download instead. Native access are very buggy so nothing works as it should. I hope it helps and good luck!
