Hello,

I just installed fresh Windows 10 in my new nvme drive and Native Access is very very slow. Few products downloaded quickly but many others including 28 MB ones or 20GB ones are dead slow. After reaching few percentage it either becomes 10kbps or below. I have internet connection of 50Mbps. Other products are downloading quick such as iZotope Product Portal, Steinberg Download Assistant etc.

I tried to follow some steps from FAQ, disabled Windows Defender, Disabled Firewall, Added Port 80 and 443, checked Proxy settings, not using VPN, Tried with Lan connection as well as WiFi, none of the above helped to solve this. I also uninstalled NA and reinstalled but its same.

I have lots of projects to complete and I'm stuck with NA being slow.

This is main reason NA should have option to keep the downloads for future installations.

I contacted support yesterday and still waiting…

I thought of posting it here as well in case anyone could help me.

Regards

Anil

    Hi!

My first suggestion would be to see if something ELSE is soaking up all of your network capacity. Something like some browser tabs, the family watching Netflix on six other devices in your house, or a device malfunctioning. I had that a couple times, and once I shut down that device, the downloads ran really fast. And I was on 18 Mbps service at the time.

You might also consider using a VPN (if you have one). Some folks have reported success, and I suspect it's because the ISP doesn't throttle anything if the connection is a VPN. So try that if you can.

    Hi,

Yes I checked all other devices and browser tabs or other usage of internet, and it didn't solve. Few downloads on the Native Access were fast, but many are dead slow. Waiting for the support team's next reply still.

No I don't have nor use VPN.

There was another similar post recently, complaining of slow downloads. Using a VPN solved it.

Hi, ok thanks for the tip. I can't pay VPN services. If I can pay only for a day or month which VPN I can choose and which country Ip I must choose?
