I bought some time back about 5 years ago traktor audio 6 interface along with the license in cd format, since on the pc I have installed such program I have problems and I should ristallare on another pc according to you will they ask me for installation codes since I don't find besides the license cd any code

    When one registers a N.I. device then most often one gets some 'base' software added to ones account when/if registering the device. However since the device came with a CD apparently with a serial that you lost somehow then I am not sure at all.

    If you bought the device as new and have never registered then try and register then serial in Native Access to see if that works. If that does not work or if you have bought the unit second-hand and can not register the serial then please contact N.I. Account Support and ask them for help. Same goes for if you just wants to ask them if they are able to help with the software registration. I will paste below here guide for registering a second-hand purchase with no contact to seller but if that does not work for you or you need other advice then return here :

    The "resolution that works" is the click through make the right choices to open a ticket : N.I. Account Support

    If it came with a CD then it is possible that it also came with a serial that has somehow been lost, and if so then it is possible that N.I. support can not help with that other than suggest that you buy another copy of the software.

    But it is important to understand that only N.I. Support makes the decisions so always ask support when in doubt like we are here. They make the decisions and are also the only ones capable of helping you with the registration issues. So just send Support a picture of serial on bottom of device and picture of receipt and then hope for the best 🙂
