Can’t register serial on kontrol s61 mk3

I’ve seen other posts where folks can’t register their new product. I’ve tried on Mac pc current versions of the software as well as older versions and I get the same error that leaves me with an expensive brick. All of the posts have no follow up on how this got resolved. NI seems to have no human support I can contact. Anyone actually get this problem resolved or are we all manually registering products over some phone call or trouble ticket?

Trouble ticket :

open a at ticket : N.I. Account Support

(You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in

Then click the Contact support

Then again scroll down and click the Contact N.I. support that shows

Then yes , damn it ! , then you have to click the Contact N.I. support again
