IM IN DEMO MODE AND CANT ACCESS ANY INSTRUMENTS!?

I can't access any of my instruments that ive paid for and my system says I'm in demo mode? Anyone else having the same issue? I found one thread on it but the "solution" didn't work and it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to just submit a ticket or chat with a human. I have thousands of dollars worth instruments and projects that need those instruments.
