How long do you guys will get the serial number after making an order？

Hey guys:( This is the first time I shopping online at NI, then I have purchased by PayPal however it’s passed about one day, and I still not received the confirmation of the order, and the status is still “under review”, that makes me a little bit nervous.

Could somebody from the community help me with it? :D
