Native Access 3.10.3 not working

I have now spend 18 hours (!) to get the latest version of NA (3.10.3) running on my Mac M1 with Sonoma installed. No luck.

It either gets stuck during 'Installing dependencies', or it cannot log in and I should contact support (which is impossible, because there's no way to contact support or to get beyond that stupid QA support bot.

So, I am now lost and cannot get back to work. I had an older copy of NA (v3.3.1) which just works fine, but once I exit that version, it installs the new one and everything starts all over again and the new version no longer works.

I have tried every suggested solution from the support docs on the web, deleted everything, cleaned up everything manually, restarted my machine x-times, reinstalled NA, nothing helps. All security and access settings are set, all components have full disc access, no luck. No VPN active.

Since v3.3.1 works just fine, this must be a bug in 3.10.3.

Can someone of the support team please let me know what to do to get everything running again. Also: please let me know how to contact support directly without any AI bot or whatever. Thanks.

Do you have iCloud Relay switched on, by any chance?

Since I cannot work at all due to this issue, I spent another 4 hours now trying to get that fixed. No luck. NA hangs during 'Loading Products'.

I re-installed NA about 50 times now, followed all (!) the suggestions from the support area, deleted all stuff manually, deleted the hidden files, uninstalled all (!!!) other applications, even tried on my new Laptop with a clean install of macOS: nothing helps.

The current version of NA is buggy, please provide a solution or a working older version that does not require to update itself on the next start.
