Komplete Start Install Option is not Appearing

The Komplete start advert appears on my my home page in Access, but after clicking on it, go to the NI website all the way to below. Komplete install option does not appear.

Komplete Start is now in Native Access!

Now open Native Access, log in, and download all contents from the “New” tab.

Komplete Start won't show up as an entry. The individual products that are included will.

Do you see Hypha, Analog Dreams, Ethereal Earth, etc… in Native Access?
