Serial number screen problem

My kontrol s88 mk3 was stuck on the default midi template when i had kontakt 7 open in logic on my mac, so i decided to reset it to the factory settings. When i did that it told me to put my serial in to native access

, so i did. The problem is the screen didnt change.
