Unable to uninstall legacy or superseded products from Native Access

And yes, I have read the post that supposedly answers this! I have 9 items which I would like to delete from Native Access. Some are products which I do not wish to use any more, while Absynth is a product I very much would like to use again, if only NI would pull their collective finger out and make it compatible with macOD 14.4.1 😠 Others, like Guitar Rig 6 Pro, do not occupy the same importance in my scheme of things, now that version 7 has been released!

None of the items that I want to delete have an "Uninstall" option in the "…" option, either on this screen or on the main screen.

I have read that the correct course of action is to contact NI by email and request that the items be removed by NI, whereupon Native Access should update accordingly.

Even this is made difficult since the email address which I thought would be appropriate to use info@nativeinstruments.co.uk fails to connect, giving this message every few hours…

File this one under "How hard can it be to do?"…

If anyone has any bright ideas how to fix this, I'd be grateful!

There is no email support by sending an email to that email address , all user contact to Native Instruments goes through 'Support'. Other than that then there is the possibility of participating in discussion with N.I. employees when they open such discussion. You can also make user suggestions and use tag "Feature Request" but don't expect any feedback on such posts if they are read (?)
