Yamaha DX-7
Hey family,
I am trying to make a version of Yamaha DX-7. Not sure if there is anything already in the Reaktor 6 library that has similar construction.
Any help will be appreciated

Take a look at the Deus Ex 7 , I don't know if the D-Ex7 is related as well ?
P.S.
I also found these : How to get Yamaha DX7 style phase modulation in Reaktor Primary? , Basic FM Synthesis in Reaktor 6 Primary (Frequency Modulation Synthesis)

There are several DX-clones in the User Library:

To build a 6 operator fm synth similar to DX7 should be easy enough. To build a DX7 model that is accurate enough to play original patches would be possible, but much more difficult. Best starting point I think would be to work through the Dexed source code on github. There is plenty of stuff on the web about DX7 modelling too.
For a more generic 6 op fm synth, use the library FM operators (core library). The only tricky bit is building the envelopes, but that's not too bad really. Probably linear sections, then process them through some log mapping curve. Then after that, working out how to bring all the parameters through to a GUI. Most of the difficulty there is interface design rather than implementation I think.
It really depends how close you want to get to a DX7

I think Native Instruments made one that actually loads in the old dx7 patches. I think they called it FM8. I'd check the user library for FM type synths. Just do a search for FM, a bunch will pop up.

FM8 it's a different application, not a Reaktor ensemble.
However, indeed it loads patches from other FM hardware modules (such as the DX-7).
For Reaktor it exists the FM4 (part of the Factory Library)
