how do i get someone in the chat to respond to me?
so I bought an s2 from a friend and have been trying to get the license transfer done. he did his side of it and sent me a link so I can use traktor 3 that is packaged with it. could get the code to work as the serial number on the s2 hadnt been unregistered on their end. I spoke with someone via chat the day after that and they were not able to get it done as I was not in the same place as the actual comtroller at the time and they said I need it connected to my laptop to be able to do all that. now its saying my license tranfer link is invalid I have been trying for a week to get ANY response via email and chat and nothing. what do I have to do to reach someone there so I can use the gear I paid 100s of dollars on? Ive missed gigs over this so not only am I not able to use this gear Ive paid for that is in no way stolen or invalid but I am losing income as well. I like to think im a patient man but Im starting to get really frustrated with this comapny. can anyone point me in the right direction to get som customer support here?

Only support can handle account and license transfer questions. You have to work with support to fix this. If you have already opened a ticket then politely update that. If you have not opened a ticket then use chat again. We can call someone to look into what is the problem but you will still have to have a ticket made and you will still have to work with support. And also then support doesn't work weekends and neither does the forum liaison to support.
