so I bought an s2 from a friend and have been trying to get the license transfer done. he did his side of it and sent me a link so I can use traktor 3 that is packaged with it. could get the code to work as the serial number on the s2 hadnt been unregistered on their end. I spoke with someone via chat the day after that and they were not able to get it done as I was not in the same place as the actual comtroller at the time and they said I need it connected to my laptop to be able to do all that. now its saying my license tranfer link is invalid I have been trying for a week to get ANY response via email and chat and nothing. what do I have to do to reach someone there so I can use the gear I paid 100s of dollars on? Ive missed gigs over this so not only am I not able to use this gear Ive paid for that is in no way stolen or invalid but I am losing income as well. I like to think im a patient man but Im starting to get really frustrated with this comapny. can anyone point me in the right direction to get som customer support here?
