Re-registering a second-hand Mashine micro MK3

I am writing to you with hope for help, the last seller of your product Mashine micro MK3 Hardware Serial [REMOVED by Moderator] , turned out to be a complete idiot, he couldn't even remember where and when he licensed it. I'm asking you to help me solve this problem. I'm desperate.

    All such issues are handled exclusively by customer support and nobody in the forum can help you with that other than providing guidance to contact support. Also please : Never post serials in the forum

    7 Please ask the seller to request a License Transfer Token as explained in this article.

    I Can't contact the seller

    8 Please upload a photo of the invoice or receipt from the seller.

    You have to take the rest from there yourself since I can not start opening empty tickets just to make a guide for you.
