Second hand purchase

I just bought a used Komplete Kontrol S49 MKII from Sam Ash and didn't recieve a license transfer and the serial # is already registered. I'm trying to use it with Logic Pro and it won't work. Am I screwed? What can I do?

    Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in

    Then click the Contact support

    Then again scroll down and click the Contact N.I. support that shows

    Then yes , damn it ! , then you have to click the Contact N.I. support again

    Also, how do you even contact the support team I keep getting directed to? Seems to not even exist.

    Sam Ash should be in possession of the transfer code to register the keyboard to the new owner obtained from the person they purchased it from. It's their responsibility to have done this. I would contact them first and see what they have to say. If for some reason they don't have the transfer code I believe NI should be able to help via a support ticket using the above method given by PoorFellow.
