Hello - I have HRDWARE CONNECTION SERVICE in my ACCOUNT under NOT REGISTERED but it is running and no problems at all for now - IS THIS NORMAL ?

I have MANUALY in Native Access REGISTERED product Hardware Connection Service with the serial number wich was on my NATIVE ACCOUNT under " My products,serials & downloads "

I have KONTROL S61 MK3 and is REGISTERED but HARDWARE CONNTECTION SERVICE is under NOT REGISTERED

After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response. Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend.
