What loops exactly ? What version of Komplete Kontrol ? and what version of Native Access ? Is this an N.I. product or a third party expansion ?

Standard solution to attempt if N.I. products are missing in KK is to more or less reset the Komplete Kontrol DB :

My Komplete Kontrol Browser is Empty or Incomplete

Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database (Komplete Kontrol Error Message: "Loading Issue - Plug-In not found. Please open the standalone application...")
