I have been using a Mac with Monterey OS. On new computer with Sonoma, NA installer is not recognized and sends me to trouble shooting page.
Try running the N.A. installer on your Apple M3 in Rosetta for installation !
Also as per standard then ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS , and disks must be of correct format Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Else , supposing that your computer type is Mac M3 and OS Sonoma 14.4.1 as per your profile ?
Are there any error codes or screenshots of errors that might help ?
